Can we change Talisman to be a Healing/Shield oriented item? It's already plausible to give items stats that increase healing and shields so can we atleast cement talisman into a niche rather than have it be some goofy item that's half tank and half utility? Hell, most healing and shield supports are opting for Frost Queen's instead for the increased healing.
a lot of tanks will take this liek thresh becuase its better ot take then relic shield.
I don't know if they should change it though. like, it was pretty fucking broken on my nasus... so if they buff it just consider that.
I'm perfectly fine with the way things are, but it seems to make more sense to swap fotm and talisman actives. I mean, the usual buyers of talisman tend to have shields or heals, stacking another would be synergy. Fotm on the other hand, tends to be bought by tanks who are also initiators, aand talismans active suits that purpose better.
