Yes... another topic about LAN play

Alright, here's the thing. I'm planning on starting a competitive LOL team at my High School and in order to do that we'll be having 5-10 people on the school wifi. Granted our school's internet is strong but the problem is I doubt it can support 10 people playing league at the same time. So I was wondering if there was a way to get LAN play for our group. Now I know they give LAN capabilities to tournaments and Riot's not just gonna give any average joe LAN capabilities. Long story short, is there a way to sign up for LAN play with Riot? and if so could someone point me in the right direction?
