I literally cannot play on this server anymore without /fullmuteall beforehand

As the title states. EUW has been the most toxic server I have ever played in. I'm not sure if this is just European habits but for the love of God, this server takes this antagonistic game to the next level. When I get into game I would hear constant danger pings on people for hardly any reason, then I would receive endless amounts of hateful chatlogs on my screen, regardless of whether it's coming towards me or anyone else. On top of this, I would personally get flamed by duo/trio queue players in a variety of languages, if they are not in English, then it's probably in French (around 30%+ of the time), or Danish, Polish, german...you name it. I sometimes receive some 'innovative' flamers who makes racist Nazi jokes, players who can't speak/type properly but they try to flame anyway, or people just simply say 'KYS' and then threaten to report everyone for losing this game.

This server is terrible in almost every way. Riot may as well shut down this server and make every player take a mental health test before they can play.
