Buff Illaoi

Illaoi seemed very strong and promising at first, however, now she seems very lackluster. Her animations are incredibly slow and with the high-mobility meta, she seems out of place. Since she is the newest champion on the Rift, it seems oddly strange how underpowered she seems and the stats that go along with that. Suggestions for buffs could be a slow within the tentacle spawn radius for the ult and slightly faster animations on primarily her Q and W abilities.
