Garen and Skarner Shafted, How To Train Your Dragon - Mordekaiser Edition

This post is mainly my response to the madness posted about the new changes on PBE

: WHAT ARE YOU THINKING RIOT?! YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE GAREN WORSE THAN RELEASE ! Seriously, let's take a champion who is easily kited, make his mobility weaker, remove his synergy with any item that will help him deal damage, remove his tenacity, and nerf defensive items at the same time so he is utter trash! I'm /so/ glad I wasted money on my Steel Legion Garen skin now that he's going to be useless!

: I'm pretty sure what you're doing to him is considered illegal in all 50 states. Seriously it was Morello and Soraka first, now it's some weird combination of the entire "balance" team and Skarner.

: Hey look, a bu- OH GOD WHAT HAVE THEY DONE?! HE'S SO BROKEN!

TL;DR Garen and Skarner getting f**ked, Mordehueser will be nerfed before a month passes after these changes and will fade into obscurity.
