WE DO NOT BUFF IRELIA HERE! THAT IS NOT HOW THE LEAGUE (of legends) OPERATES!
For every point of damage Irelia gains, or every point of defense she's given, another step is taken toward the rise of Cthulhu. Riot, do you WANT to summon Cthulhu?! IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT? NO? THEN DO NOT. BUFF. IRELIA.
