Better nerf Irelia (lost count)

You should have to build damage to do damage. You shouldn't be able to delete an entire team with +25 AD. With true damage. Reduce her base damages, increase her scaling. Make her work for the damage she is capable of doing with a full tank build, thank you, that is all.
