Just looking stat wise recently kal is on the lower end. I guess she is a high learning curve champ like azir but she is one that I see played even less than him. Is she just good pro play so they cant buff her for solo q? I mean thatd make sense to me. She seems to be only played in higher elos

When she is good in pro-play, she is dominant. I think Riot just doesn't want to have to deal with her right now, so she has been nerfed to the ground and kept there for years
