Man, everyone says rengar is busted... Guys do u believe it?... have u tried playing that champ in pre-season.???.. He only does dmg when he is fed???? .. Rito pls buff Rengar..

you dont need a high win rate to be busted. just look at kalista.
that being said rengar has a feast or famine playstyle, if hes not ahead and one shotting people hes offering very little else to a generalized team forcing him to just sit back and do nothing.
I think the problem is that while he is only remotely useful when snowballing, he has literally 0 counterplay when he is. A fed Rengar just deletes everything with 0 time to react and then walks off like nothing happened.
Dark harvest works only if the game drags out... Otherwise its only a suicide keystone for rengar
