So, here's a story for some laughs.

A couple friends and I just finished our 3v3 Ranked Placements. We did quite well I'd say, winning all but one of our games.

But let me rewind a number of months. I don't remember when exactly it happened, but I played one game of Ranked 3v3s with two other friends, and we lost that game. So, when I queued up three days ago, I was already one game ahead of my friends in placements.

Fast forward to game ten for me. I went 8-2 and got placed Gold 4.

Play one more game.

Friends go 9-1, get placed Plat 5 and Plat 3.

Okay, fair enough. I can deal with that.

But wait. I'm Gold 4, my one friend is Plat 3. We can't queue together anymore. When I realized this, that's when I got salty lol

Not much else to say, it is what it is. Just thought I would come here and share.

Duo queuing ruins the experience of skill when the other team doesn't have something similar.

Get a full group.

It is meant to prevent exploiting the system.

Trying playing ARAM, duo queue/trio queuing it is bad, bad for the other 2 or 3 solo players playing with your NEED to team up.

It really should be team vs team or solo but Riot is probably struggling for queue times then in some of the bigger game modes.
