Riot, Increase the Club Member cap!

This is necessary. My gaming clan, Warriors of Æsir, have been running two clubs for awhile now. It's really inconvenient, and we're having awkward conversations about how we should split the club, e.g. casuals/competitive. We want all of our members to be able to communicate in one persistent chat. Rito pls.
