NEW CHAMPION SELECT - RIBBON

Why is there no longer a ribbon showing in champion select anymore? In the loading screen it's too small to be seen and it kinda doesn't make it look special and unique, I just like to see it being there (in old champ sel) because it looks fancy to me hahahah
