BUFF TOP CAMILLE

Camille is by far the weakest top laner atm. There is no reason to actually pick her. Usually a bad laners have insane item spikes or late game. However not only its almost imposible to win your lane cus u do no fcking dmg in the lanning phase she dont spikes hard enough on 3 items and it takes around the 22 min mark to get tryforce boots and tiamat which are core items. And yet she is still pretty useless cus every other fcking champion spikes harder. I understand that jungle camille is oppresive and u need to be careful with buffs to not make it op again yet its unfair for top lane camille to receive so much nerfs esspecelly when she wasnt even that good. Thr first nerf was the e nerf which is somewhat understandable however the other nerfs just doesnt make any sense. The atk speed nerf forced u to take attack speed runes insted of double adaptive force or cdr which makes her early game so much fcking weaker. The biggest nerf was the e stun nerf that it no longer cc minions and monsters. Now i do understand why u did that however it hurts lane camille wayyyyyyy more then jungle camille. For people who doesnt know cc stops minion agro. There are matchups where it matters like jax aatrox vlad malphite etc.. when u use it to reset minion agro and dont waste 60+ hp/passive shield for no reason which is massive af. So first thing make it that it now stuns minions. Plus either health regen buff or attack speed buff. Another idea is to give her more q base dmg and lower levels and less base dmg on higher while she get a higher ad scaling on it. Just buff her. Like pls.
