Lp gain problem in master and challenger

Idk why the fck this bug i have been around for this long but if u are on a losing streak on master/challenger your mmr doesnt get fixed and u start getting only 13 lp and losing -24 on red side every single game. It makes it impossible to play like that and its been around for almost a year from my knowlage.
