Jungle monsters.
If you don't kill them, do they level up? Or will they stay at the current level that they are until they are killed?

They scale based on the average level of the players in the game, I believe. That or based on the time of the game itself.
Stand next to the dragon long enough and you can see them lvl up just saiyan
I guess you can call this a bump, but I just need an answer. I have looked around and cannot find anything because this is a specific question that kinda doesn't matter, but is good to know.
