Cale0171 votesThey scale based on the average level of the players in the game, I believe. That or based on the time of the game itself.
Cale0171 votesHowever, I can almost guarantee you that if you aren't killing them, your enemy jungler will have taken notice that you have no farm, or are in lane, and would be more than happy to kill them for you.
