Ocean dragon needs to change
Can we please have the ocean dragon do something for the energy user's like how it gives mana to everyone else can it do something for them?

Fondling Gems4 votesSo that only manaless champs don't get the full buff? Energy champs are balanced VERY specifically around their energy usage, introducing a random buff that permanently changes that for the rest of the game would make energy champs do normal, or incredibly well. It would have a much bigger impact on them than you would think. Restoring 10% missing from a resource pool of a set size every X number of seconds is very different than restoring part of a resource pool that is designed to be different sizes. Take your health restoration and be happy.

Energy champs replenish their energy at a much faster rate than mana champs. Also, their abilities usually either cost less or are on a shorter cooldown or both.

That just seems more useful than every 18 seconds.
