Riven, the skill-champ

Can we rework this champion made for children to dominate games with? I think the shame is, the long overdue nerf has been ignored merely because she seemingly takes more skill to play. That, and it's of course entertaining for people watching her get away with all kinds of ridiculous mispositioning and overzealous ham. She does not require skill, though. She's given more to get away with more.. and mediocre players are killing droves of players playing other champs. Can she be countered in lane? Yes, by a small small handful of champions. But does the whole team have to (can they?) design themselves to counter her, though? Give me a break. She obliterates people at early levels and ganks, gets away after beating the two people senseless (without flash), and scales ultra-quickly after getting a single kill into a mid and late-game where there's no tanking or surviving her (and certainly not with a team behind her). You give her the minuscule cooldowns to juke skillshots (which, definitely, should require equal to more skill than landing them in the first place) to make obnoxious plays in situations most other champions wouldn't even consider.

Yes, I imagine nerfing her has been ignored because her entire concept was based around that juking, leaping, escaping, high burst dmg bullshit. But hey, something absolutely (still) should be done about it. And someone should atleast mention it again..

Make the rest of the champion pool manaless and Riven will become suddenly trash.

Riven is a hard snowball carry when given a kill will just win lane. Countering a Riven is pretty easy. A ranged champ top and she will lose or even a champ with good sustain and can bully her out. And also Riven's animation cancels isn't something you can do when you play a few games with her. It takes practice for all that animation stuff and believe it or not (skill)

Except children are the ones who can't use her effectively since they almost always ignore her passive's existence.

That being said, while she has been broken for quite a while, I think most people to different degrees, have let it go after she's been properly addressed a few times. Maybe she is still broken OP, nobody knows.

Riven, meet Jayce. Jayce, meet Riven. Riven gets hammered out of the match.
