good idea or bad idea?
personally i feel like her kit is really messy and a lot of it lacks any flow with one another to where it seems like a mishmash of stuff that just won't work together well
along with how her numbers are very weak compared to other adcs

I wanted it pretty bad a year ago, but I kinda gave up on assuming Riot was gonna touch her, so I'm in the Meh. she might as well not be in the champ pool as far as adcs go. Nearly every adc performs better than her right now, even Quinn.

twitch and tristana actually struggle a lot
but what their purpose is, is clear, and their kits flow together

Twitch is still fine, just he can't do much with this tank and brusier Meta. It doesn't do much good being sneaky when you pop out and can't kill anyone.
Trist is fine in solo queue at the very least, because you can take advantage of people with no strategy or knowing how to rotate and take towers by yourself if you have to, even if your laning phase wasn't great.
Like you said, even those two have a clear goal, Twitch just can't do it because of the current Meta. Trist is really only pve with turrets at the moment for the most part.

She needs a kit update, some number changes, and proper scaling (including removing any ap scaling from her kit because it makes no sense).
It may not be an entire rework, but it needs a lot of work regardless.
