Rework doge plz rito

He promotes non interaction. Sit's in lane blatantly ignoring lane op for 25 mins. It is so infuriatingly boring it makes me want to leave the game straight up. Doge literally bores me to death. He is such an easy champ to play with so little interaction or risk in the first 20 minutes. I think it's time for a rework rito, don't you?
