Isn't Shaco a bit to underpowered I mean his little puppets die just as fast as malzahars bugs, and they have such a long cd

His pets being squishy isn't an issue. I mean, look at how annoying Malz's voidlings are
Shaco has one of the highest winrate right now, he certainly ain't underpowered.
