Just wondering. Been looking to pick up Noxus Poppy for about a year and a half now and I've pretty much given up at this point. Read they used to do a "legacy vault" sale every year where they allow legacy skins to be bought, but that they discontinued it because they didn't make enough money off of it?
If that's true then that's beyond scummy.
They stopped doing it pretty soon after the hextech crafting came along. So you wait to get lucky in that, or myshop can also sell legacy skins by chance, also champ relaunches and events (skins tied to that event).
The whole legacy vault in the first place was a sham, I'm just glad they stopped adding to it.

Yeah they pretty much stopped doing large legacy sales when they introduced hextech crafting. Since we are able to get legacy skins (albeit randomly) through crafting that's really all we get now. As well as the reworks and my shops that happen as previously mentioned.
Yeah they're sipping Mai Tais somewhere on a desert island vault with Tupac, Elvis, RGMs, and the balance team.
