I get around 19-21 lp per game is my mmr is average? And how much lp should u gain if u have average mmr for your league?

If you just placed it is low. If you have like 50 games in ranked and have around a 50-60% winrate recently it is right around average
Pretty sure its around 20. Basically if your gains and losses are the same then your are right at the mmr for your rank, since a 50% win rate will keep you where you are...
Now if your mmr were higher, going 50% will give you a slow LP gain. Basically, if you can hold your own at a higher MMR, your rank will rise.
