Zoe Support - Runes and Items Build? Coin or Spelltheifs Edge?
I was thinking of trying Zoe but I don't midlane. Does anybody have a good rune setup for her.
Should I go spellthiefs or coin?

Spellthief would work best with her imo. Rewards you for poke, which is all you can really do until you can land a good sleep for your adc to capitalize on (which is like, 7% of the time). The slow and situational vision from Frost Queen's is by far superior to the Talisman's active - though again, that's in my opinion, and I'm heavily biased against anything in the Coin line just because of personal preference.
As much as I like Zoe, most of the time when I see someone playing her as my support I can't help but think, "Why didn't you just pick Lux tho".
She has a solid 40% winrate support. It’s not something I would recommend
