4 man bot every game? teleport removal?

Yo can i play a single game were the enemy team doesn't send four people bot lane all the time? Can i win a single game were i can just win 2v2 in a legit matter and win my lane with minimal jungle ganks from both teams no correct? because stupid summoner spells like exists and so does ult just like summoner revive i think Teleport needs to go wheres the fun in sending four people bot constantly. That's a pathetic way to win a game not only it takes one gank to obliterate your lane It sets you back you lose more than just your bot tower. It opens opportunities for the enemy to gain map control,dragon control,level advantages and gold advantages which in other words you're in a HUGE disadvantage i mean i don't mind being ganked by a roaming mid laner or a jungle whether he or she succeeds its fine i . I don't like having the enemy support whose's 3Lvls below me tell me "GGWP". GGWP what? you didn't do jack shit all game all you did was get spoon fed gerber its like why you dropping that ggwp disrespect on me all i can say is no it wasn't a goodgame and no it wasn't well played i don't mind taking a loss from any other circumstances but this i do mind because its a free win and there has to be some sort of change
