Client Bug Causes Rank Loss

Sooo i lost a ranked game because of a client bug

After dynamic queue finished and our champions have been locked and loaded my client decided to bug-out crashing this never happened to me at all in fact it's been the first time to ever occur to me with that being said normally when the champion select closes it opens another window for the loading screen however it didn't do that my game just closed after 2-3mins i decided to ctrl+alt+delete and close down leagues to re-open another client so i can play my match asap but nothing happened after that the game loaded very slowly and buggy into the actual loading screen to only find out that just the blue and red border was able to be seen after some period of time and annoyance i was forced to restart my computer and start the patch again to only log back in and see my team is losing on a 9-23 score as soon as i log back in i see the enemy mentioned in /all chat that the client may have bugged out on me which i explained to everyone it did
