Eye of Equinox
is the only gold item that has no Cooldown reduction.
Is there a reason? Or... did you just forget?

Likely because its meant for tanks as opposed to the AP supports that rely on having lower cool downs to cast their heals/disables/etc. Granted tanks have these abilities too, but with CD on the item plus the tanky stats it might be a little overbearing imo. At least thats what I think.
