About the new Ruby sightstone, and it maybe being broken with ZZROT.

So um, in patch 6.13 Ruby Sightstone was changed to give 20% cdr to item actives, and i was wondering if this worked with ZZ'rot Portal. Because if it did, i can have two portals up at once. Normally, when the portal you placed is about to despawn and your new portal is ready to place, you can have 2 portals for a very small window. (1-3 seconds i think)

So yeah, if I can have 2 up for a few seconds without 20% cooldown reduction, then I bet I can have two up with 20% cdr. Is this true or did riot prevent this?

I could test this but I have limited time to play today and I'd be to lazy too farm for 5-10 minutes to get the items. [slayer-jinx-wink]
