Are poke supports still viable?

I feel like the new AD masteries combined with the new tank support masteries make poke supports obsolete. The new regen that ADCs get through the 20 health per minion kill in conjunction with the damage reduction from a tank support pretty much nullifies poke. Add a champ like alistar that now has the mana pool to more regularly heal in lane and you can pretty much stay at full health until an all in opportunity presents itself.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Poke supports have been obsolete for a long time now.

Sustain supports are mostly where it's at now, besides fucking blitz/thresh.

Also adcs never take feast. Never.

You can do pretty well with a double marksman kill lane, where the secondary marksman functions as a poke support that scales into almost another ADC lategame.

Uhm, I find alot of sucess on Nami because of the mana regen buffs/masteries and generell sustain masteries.
