Riot, u are keeping Twitch in the dirt just because he is too good at funneling. Don't be lazy and change some interactions so that he isn't as broken at funneling and then it will be gucci. Then u can finally buff him. You are doing the same with several champions. Not changing anything and keeping them in the dirt because you are too lazy to actually make a change.
