Why is Jarvan getting nerfed!?!

Almost everyone can agree that very few junglers are good right now so instead of helping the struggling champions why you guys nerfing J4? He's not very oppressive if you can dodge his e-q and without the armor buff from his E he's going to take a HUGE hit. If he had to be nerfed I could understand a slight damage decrease in his ratios but why nerf him in this way? Jarvan is not destroying people because of his his armor so why remove close to 20 of it at level 13 and up? I don't mean to be rude or offensive to RIOT but I just don't understand why the change was needed, especially in this way.

Jarvan changes: "Base Armor increased to 27 from 24. Demacian Standard (E) no longer increaes Jarvan IV's armor by 10/13/16/19/22"

Jungle is too small for ~~ two~~ three champions with Knockup , Shield and as buff.

Now Vi and Lee will finally show ppl what real diversity means. I hope for more comprehensive nerfs for bruisers the Jungle.

Just as I predicted. They nerf jarvan's lane power to somehow stop his jungle power.

It's just Riot trolling. They know the community believed that he would get nerfed before Lee Sin. They are just playing to the crowd.
