I've had RIDICULOUS non-meta picks in ranked the past few weeks, its crazy. Some people just don't understand why certain champs can't do certain match-ups, yesterday I had a full-crit twisted fate??? please make it so taking a troll pick is a punishable offense.
Riot won't make that a bannable offense for the simple reason that any champion can technically be taken anywhere to break the meta

People like you need to be reported. Quit being a meta nazi and let people play how they want. If you go with it, they and yourself will do better and get along instead of fighting about it. Chances are you probably do worse than the supposed troll because you worry more about them than actually playing the game. Get over it quit whining and feeling like you're king of the meta and everyone needs to bow to your will because that's how pros play. Oh and lose the ego before you login it helps
Riot doesn't want to enforce the meta. Offmeta picks can destroy standard teams - Talon + Veigar botlane combo; Yasuo + any hard CC AOE tank and so on.
