Glitch with Quinn's blind, only while playing as Lulu

I was playing Lulu support VS. a Quinn, when she blinded me I could still see everything, I just couldn't attack outside the circle. The spell effect still works, but it doesn't fog out the rest of the screen like it's supposed to. So far this is has only happened while I play as Lulu and no other champs.
