The amount of XP you need from lvl 1-30 is ridiculous

So i finally started to level a smurf and I must say it takes AGES to reach lvl 30 and it's no fun either, yet it is necessary if you want to play with mates on a lower skill level than yourself. First of you have the rotation-champs only then you have to choose to buy the runes (at lvl 20) you need on lvl 30 or buy champs you like then the people in the games are most likely worse than yourself (I think I lost 1 game to lvl 25 now) so you don't have a challange either. It is just boring to level a new account but well that's fine if it would not take so long.

And to look at it from the perspectiv of a new player: It's most likely no fun to get ripped apart by smurfs every game either.

Forgive me my mistakes as far as language is concerned - I'm no nativ speaker.

EDIT: I think Riot could give us the same option as they give the Pros: You can get 2 lvl Acc extra to your main Acc every Acc you'd like to have more than that (who needs 4 Accs ?) you would have to lvl youself.
