The amount of XP you need from lvl 1-30 is ridiculous

So i finally started to level a smurf and I must say it takes AGES to reach lvl 30 and it's no fun either, yet it is necessary if you want to play with mates on a lower skill level than yourself. First of you have the rotation-champs only then you have to choose to buy the runes (at lvl 20) you need on lvl 30 or buy champs you like then the people in the games are most likely worse than yourself (I think I lost 1 game to lvl 25 now) so you don't have a challange either. It is just boring to level a new account but well that's fine if it would not take so long.

And to look at it from the perspectiv of a new player: It's most likely no fun to get ripped apart by smurfs every game either.

Forgive me my mistakes as far as language is concerned - I'm no nativ speaker.

EDIT: I think Riot could give us the same option as they give the Pros: You can get 2 lvl Acc extra to your main Acc every Acc you'd like to have more than that (who needs 4 Accs ?) you would have to lvl youself.

This. And even then, most non-smurfs that reach level 30 are barely good enough to ranked.

You don't need to be good enough to play rankeds when you hit lvl 30. You can't learn I'd say 50% of what you need to or imho should know to play ranked while lvling. My games at least are between 17/18 and 25min. You can't learn too much in those games I'd say.

Its only ridiculous for those who wanna level smurfs. For new players its kinda necessary so they have enough time to learn game before starting ranked, and to be able to obtain enough IP for 16 champions that are needed for ranked.

A large problem with it taking so long to level is that the matches, which can already difficult and even frustrating with how lopsided they can be with what player are matched in the game, can be even more difficult and frustrating because your opponent can be stronger than you from the start with a bunch of extra stats from runes and masteries just because their account is higher level.

Especially now with S6 masteries. Imagine playing a game where some of your opponents have an additional 7% Armor Penetration and Warlord's Bloodlust and the best you got is a few ranks in Vampirism. And players are stuck in games like this, unable to play actual League of Legends for months.

Took me like 1 months back in the days, when they didn't give any xp boost and there wans't any in the shop. Also it teach you how to play.

I feel you.

I started playing LOL in June and not until now have I gotten to level 29 item 3070 . I wish they gave more exp to good players as an added bonus.

They do, you get more for winning games.
