A Question

I just wanted to ask. Why do people not listen to pings? why does no one know how to play passive in a losing lane? Why can't anyone just listen to my advice? If people would just listen to me. These games would come out different. But it seems like no one wants to ever listen to anyone. This is out of frustration. But I just don't understand. I say one thing which is to be honest the smart way to do things and people just go ahead and do the opposite. I ping caution get out of there, and they go ahead and tower dive. I say play passive bot lane is getting camped. They instead push up to their tower 24/7. I say just wait it out, wait for opportunities because i scale for the late game and im winning my lane. Yet they instead just do the complete opposite. I just dont understand :(
