Soviet Officer1 voteswell, the skill mostly comes from being able to get out of bad situations or a 2v1and etc etc. In team fights, its especially easy to turn the fight if you just get the right people in your ult or even all of them in your ult lol. I mean it's just my opinion. I feel that he's easy to use but takes time to master.
