Doesn't have his aa's scale with CD just his soldiers. He melts towers too fast for what he puts out in the rest of his kit

Uhm they removed that already a long time ago. He now gains bonus attack speed from leveling his W.
Patch Notes OP.
They removed the Attack speed from CDR in patch 5.14, that's nearly a full season ago.
