Thank you Zackattack!

On February 18th, Diamond Player Zackattack took two-and-a-half to three hours of his time to coach me over Skype on how to play Leona, what masteries and runes to use, and tips and tricks for being the best support I can be. His uncommon kindness has made me a WAY better player since then! I'm still struggling to get out of bronze, but recently the struggles have been more with dealing with trolls and AFKs than my own play. I'm consistently having good games even if my team doesn't win. I've become a way more confident player and I now realize that the support can be the carry. I know it's not going to be easy getting out of bronze 5,but with his help and guidance I've made leaps and bounds! According to lolskill.net, I went from a -19 .1% performance rating after my first nine games as Leona and turned that around to a positive 25.4% as of my last game. I haven't experienced this much kindness in the LOL community ever, so I just wanted to post my gratitude on these forums where he offered his help originally.
