Because it's great with her W passive. I'd build it later in the game and its somewhat situational, it's so so good against thornmail and tanks in general. ^_^

I think it's pretty good but extremely niche. As in, only if the enemy has high magic damage (makes use of the small MR) and your team lacks consistent magic damage (which means you won't be doing as much physical damage anyway with all their armor).

But its only basic attacks which means you have to prep first.. Black cleaver you just fucking ult and it shreds the shit out of every1 because BC is any phys dmg

I'd only build Cleaver if my team was all AD or just has a huge amount of physical damage. 8)
