Can we fix and buff Lulu?

Ok so Lulu is not that bad but her whole kit is revolve around stopping assasins and so on!

That good on papers but when it comes down to gameplay there are few problems!

1 HER W is not instant it takes a while to apply it dosent slow and the biggest problem the enemy still can attack through W

In the meta that any champion with 2 lethality items deals 5000 damage this bugs and this seconds it takes to apply really matter!

My suggestion make it instant and make it slow the enemy! so if you W a yi or udyr or what ever they lose their MS and they have a base MS of the little animal they become i dont know around 250 or something!

Second fix the bugs if the enemy is under the effect of W HE CANT APPLY DAMAGE ANY MORE! Third make it that when the enemy is on top of you the W to not PRIORITIZE YOU but the enemy....for some reason the skill its coded to prioritize you rather than the enemy and you end giving your self AS and MS rather than CC the enemy or to nearest ally...yo if i want to give the bonus i would press it on the ally or on me...right now i needed to pririotize the enemy!

Now her Q and E are ok her ulti its ok too!

Her base stats...i know that she got destroyed because she was a top lane pick once but that not the case any more...can she have some Base HP buff?

Giving her "damage" like the last buff make no sense...rather than giving her damage on her E make her E range bigger so she can support better!

I dont know lulu is a good champion but with all that damage and new supports and how much she has been nerfed she is just dosent feel right to play and mostly cause her kit dosent work cause its buggy and the whole theme dosent work...

Instant W (so it actually works against Yi) would be buff enough.

Wait for Yi to come out of Q, ult the target he is on, then Lulu W him.

Or just preemptively ult and poly once he comes out.

Using ploy (or any important CC) on champions that can go invulnerable before they use it is the worst idea ever.

i am not talking about YI dodging the ability

I am talking that you want to use it instantly and it takes 1.2 seconds to cast...

This 1.2 cast any assasin can delete any champion that is not tank...

That what i say! lulu theme was to stop Assasins but riot nerf her hard cause of top lane but now top lane lulu is dead!

W cast on ally is instant yet casting in on an enemy is a projectile.

Its quite odd

I dont know why...and her whole theme dosent work if it takes 1.2 second to apply to a champion in this meta that everyone can do 100-0 to anyone!

non tanky sports can be rough to play because of the high amount of dmg and cc in meta comps. Tanky support's are just easier to play.

Her W is pretty fast and besides the one auto attack right as it hits, there shouldn’t be anymore damage unless said enemy champ has persistent AOE damage.

Her W actually does slow too. 60 MS lost but you also have Q to follow if its needed. Yi is going to be immune to slows, so zero reason to use him as an example, same with champs that use phase rush.

no its not any more that the problem! i believe earlier stages of lulu she was able to W and make them move slowyly in cycles even YI it was working like Ahris Charm but i think Riot changed it cause right now they lose 0 SPEED go test it if you dont believe me!

And if i knew how to clip a video i would show what i mean but if you want go check this game around 34-35 minutes lulu vs cait! let me post you the match!
