Lets add "Not Mastered" Category to the champion select

Which excludes your Rank 7 champions. Would be nice for people who want to slowly rank all the champions to lvl 7. Also it would be great to add "Favorites" tab, so we can quickly rotate to champion pool of our choice.

Riot wants us to be more expanded with our champion pool, spending 20 minutes making a favorites tab is less affective then just clicking on them in game
