How do you deal with Hecarim? Do you just have to accept that you're always going to be a 4v4?

Cause from my experience playing against a Hecarim usually goes as follows:

Hecarim presses Predator, Hecarim right-clicks someone at Mach-30, someone dies, Hecarim immediately dies afterwards unless he gets lucky exit with his ult.

It seems like no matter how much defense you try to build Hecarim will always 1-shot you with some squishy stupid ass build unless you're building full 100% HP+Armor Tank, and that just doesn't seem fun or at all balanced. Like I don't care if he immediately dies afterwards and pretty much makes the game a 4v4, it's cancerous watching him run in at 800+ MS and just nuke someone without having to aim.
