Now, I know hecarim was OP, what with his homeguard and everything. The multiplying and what not, damage over damage, we get it. But that nerf hit him hard. IMO, he has nothing going for him now, except that he's a really fast horse. I mean, at least give him a base MS of 355 or something!
Binxy Prime1 votesI think hes fine now, he is still good, if you think about it he really only like like 100 damage from his teleport engage. What the big nerf to him was from is Skirmisher.
Now its not really worth taking tp/smite. I mean it probably is still strong but no where near what it was before.

CreationFlaw1 votesHe's pretty impossible to 1v1 unless you kite him to death with toxivayne. But he's pretty balanced on a whole, still a strong initiator and tanky with good damage.
