The w buff is nice and deserved but the e seems over the top. I don't want my not heavy Mage to be fotm and banned a lot, I need my freelo Rito pls no e buffs, it's fine.

I feel like these just keep her consistent with mechanics. She gets an instant shield like everyone else. She gets to explode her AOE on arrival just like gragas and ziggs.

It's just a split second increase to match similar abilities of other champions. She might see a few more players than normal but that won't last.
