Riot you add new champs that require more than 2 brain cell to play . How the earht you have let the annie like this ? this champ is free to farm tank damage while 2 shot people . Make her skill to be SKILLSHOTS or something . btw to the main annie players here I have 2 words for you LEARN TO PLAY

if annies skills were skill shots that would allow for more peel after cast which would make your life much worse actually i would main annie if her kitwere skill shots
