I think I have caught a pretty obvious booster

As soon as we got into champ select, he sent this and said nothing. I checked it and its pretty obvious this guy has started boosting the account. I did fairly well so the guy added me and I confronted him, He denied my accusation and said he "found" the account and it was random. He said he plays for fun and he wanted me to duo because I was "actually helping"
