This has to be the worst matchup there is in the game, theres just no counterplay options for TF.

Nocturne's ult will ALLWAYS cancel out TFs ult. It really shouldn't be like that. If Nocturne ults then TF ults the team should get vision of enemys. If TF ults first then Noct ults they should lose all vision.

The spellblock vs gold card I'm ok with, yes again its another reason Nocturne counters Twisted fate, but atleast theres some counter play, theres mind games, I can lock in gold then throw wild cards to trick and bait the bubble THEN stun, the setup is definitly in Nocturne's favour but atleast theres something TF can do but with the two ults, TF just gets ruined.

This may be true, but Nocturnes blackout does not last as long as TF's vision does, so when the blackout ends TF's allies can very quickly get their bearings. In a sense, TF's ulti counters the stealth mechanic that all of Nocturnes allies are afforded when he ultis. Furthermore, TF's ultimate has a lot more utility outside of this matchup, especially considering his ability to reveal invisible units and such
