Why can't Lulu's E no longer shield minionsZ
Title. Why was it removed from her while:
can still heal/shield them?
Why do they still get to keep a wave forever at tower by healing/shielding the canon minion, or mess up the enemy's last hit, but the mechanic was taken away from Lulu?
