Singed is toxic to play against

Every time i see singed locked in by the enemy team i want to leave on the spot, because i know for the next 25-40 minutes i'm gotta be tilted out of my mind because of how anti-fun his kit is to go up against. He is fast, tanky, does a ton of damage, and is nigh impossible to lock down as any top laner.

Warwick Destroys him in lane. You can Q through his flip, suppress him through his ult, and chase him down with your W. This is my WW only account, but on my main Warwick has become my number 1 Singed counter.

But yeah, the fact that he removes the most fun part of laning, outsmarting and killing your opponent. Makes for a very irritating top laner, especially as a person who plays carry top laners.

Also, according to Champion.gg, singed only has 7 top lane champs that have a positive win rate against him. While a champ like Jax has 30 champs that have a positive win rate against him and Malphite has 25. I could raffle off a few more names but i feel like i've made my point. Singed isn't flat out busted per say, but he is obviously quite over tuned at the moment.

I think the issue with Singed is the same as Teemo. If you pick a certain set of champions, then there is no lane for you. It becomes very interactive and one sided. Singed does it with poison and running away, Teemo does it through ranged autos and shrooms at six. Both feel like there is little to respond to since you do have to chase Singed a little to fight him, if you intend to all in him you have to first catch him, and that means chasing him. For Teemo it's more of just walking into anything and losing a chunk of life that you may or may not be able t deal with depending on the game.

I see your Singed pun and double down: it must be that when you see Singed, you know it'll be a sticky situation.

Anyway-- Singed got you down? Merc Treads, Maw, and Adaptive will shut him down. He could build eight items and still be losing that fight.

Singed's game has always been messing with his enemy. Never been different-- he farms out the lane and can't be chased. He also can't lock down a team and set up an ace without being damaged (Malphite, however...) and still yet lacks the ability to engage and finish a fight (like say Nasus...)... Singed is also spending most of his game walking. Anything that intercepts his walking will put most of his game on hold.

Singed is a bother, but that's really all he is. He's meant to mess with enemy formations but he doesn't really ruin everything like other tanks or bruisers can.

But would you rather face Maokai top?

what is singed's main source of damage?

his poison trail that does dot damage/aoe damage

build item 3194 and he will do a lot less damage to you...

singed isnt trying to kill and fight... he is trying to out cs and push lanes hence the proxy singed strategy ... he is gonna use Q and run between your turrets and farm the wave between them before they have a chance to make it into lane. or do this in your base.

by out csing and wave clearing him you force him into lane to protect his turrets. otherwise he loses them and you gain map pressure and control . and gold for team. which makes you ahead.

and when he is between your turrets you need to coordinate with team ( and ward ) to trap him and you + jungler and/or with mid all kill him push lanes/waves and objectives

this is how you beat him.

nasus is a good pick vs him cuz you want to passive sit and farm and stack Q ... so with him doing his proxy thing you get to last hit for free

plz before you cry over something being toxic/cancer etc learn the game
