The ability to chunk half your life every 6 seconds with one skill is pretty broken Imo, his ult is auto win team fight, and his W is like kogmaw W on steroids. honestly varus is mechanically broken right now.

Everything else is standard affairs, nothing too major.

will have any player looking @ the death and respawn timer in a moment's notice... That ADC has NO mobility at all. Once you CC and lock him in he's dead to rights.

Runes? (If your AD you should already have this) Hourglass? (If your AP you should be planning to build this, early if need be) Defense masteries? (If your tank... and losing half your Hp you should stop feeding him)
He's a situational champion with a lot of down sides in every lane he plays.
