So that her winrate can still be low and still have tremendous outplay potential.

No one can say she is broken winrate wise, which is in itself a unreasonable argument to make to a champ like Ahri who is an early game champ.

I'd be fine with a 43% winrate Ahri that bronzes cry about just because they heard a high elo streamer say she was OP, as if everything in challenger also applies to bronze
